Summary: Mr. Ghulam Mujaddid joined Pakistan Broadcasting Corporation as Senior Broadcast Engineer at High Power Transmitter complex, Islamabad in November 2006. In a very short span of time He efficiently keeps that 250KW shortwave transmitter up and running smoothly. In 2007, He is deputed in Pakistan's biggest Broadcasting House, National Broadcasting House (NBH) at PBC Headquarters Islamabad. He is quite actively involved in the up-gradation projects of Studios and FM transmitters. In 2009, He completed two major projects in NBH. First, He establishes PBC's first ever digital studio for Planet FM94. Second, establishment of state of the art digital productions house having the capability to record, mix, edit digital music professionally, Digital Audio Workstation is implemented which can record 100 virtual instruments simultaneously. In 2010, He is deputed as Technical Adviser to Director General and Head of Information Technology department. He first time establishes a remote monitoring system for FM transmitters in Master Control Room, which is the nerve center of PBC. He is also working with Planning & Research department as well as Planning & Development section for the implementation of several on-going projects like Digital Archive Project, Installation of digital FM transmitters, 500KW Medium wave solid state transmitter, 400KW digital medium wave transmitter and working on satellite OB vans for PBC live coverage of the important events. He is actively involved in the training and development of the engineers and technicians as well as production/reporting staff to keep them up to date with the technology so that they can increase their efficiency. Mr. Ghulam Mujaddid received his Bachelors degree in Telecommunication Engineering and doing Post graduation in Telecommunication & Networks. He also has his Masters in Business Administration (MBA).
