Summary: -Leadership I always make a efforts to become the leader. In the big project, many people engaged the one deal, so I always care about that each one have own their role with their responsibility. But, to become leader, I need a various type of experience, so I intend to raise my hand in any chance. Now, behalf of sales I am member of planning team related to official customer event for new merge of Sun. I was a member of recruit staff at Sun for 2009. Sun stopped hiring graduate recruitment 5years ago. However I realized that companies need new energy and dynamism for changing ourselves too. -Responsibility Sometimes, sever trouble come out from mission critical system. I never escape to the end. In different point I regard system trouble as chance to get trust from not only customer but also internal people. When I was partner sales, hitouch sales escaped from the system trouble, but I never stop supporting that customer, and after resolving, I become the account manager for that customer, I won the big deal from this customer.
