Worked in-house, and in two global Public Relations Consultancies. - During 2008-9, I doubled the no. of clients at Citigate, resulting in a corresponding increase in the team's revenue. - My team was awarded the Honourable Mention in Asia Pacific PR Awards for a crisis communication project for Singapore Zoo in 2008. - In 2008, we successfully managed a crisis at the Singapore Zoo where a worker was mauled by the tigers. The issue was mitigated within hours and confidence was restored. Attendance to the park was not affected; instead it rose by 30%, compared to the same period in the previous year.
