Summary: A certified PMP and Sony Six Sigma Green Belt with hands-on experiences in deploying company-wide continuous improvement initiatives and operations cost reduction drive utilizing Lean, Six Sigma and Kaizen both during her tenure at SONY EMCS and with CIMB Group. Anak is also actively involved in the LSS deployment which includes teaching, conducting awareness classes, and hand-in-hand project mentoring. During her early years in Six Sigma at SONY, Anak lead projects mainly on SMT (Surface Mount Technology) Cost Savings initiatives by ways of improving the machine productivity without the need to sacrifice quality. Initiatives such as Quick Change Overs, Kanbans and VM were among the most widely carried out on the shop floor and won numerous awards at the SSS Conventions. For transactional processes, her experience at CIMB is mainly on process improvements for the Back Office Operations (Electronic Banking operations) and also Front end branch based operations, which covered both systems and process changes. Anak has lead multi-functional teams working towards achieving significant project goals, her most significant being the 2009 Award Winning Bank wide Account Opening project which touched both the front end and back end of the process chain.
