Web/Software Engineer

Primary Duties:

  • Design and develop mobile web applications using Java, Javascript, HTML/CSS, Bitbucket, Adobe, JIRA and Visual Studio
  • Create proof-of-concept solutions for new products; translate these concepts into mockups and manage user experiences
  • Manage front-end application development processes, including competitive research, testing and development using Adobe Creative Cloud, HTML, CSS and Javascript. Supervise front-end developers, solve issues and promote best practices for stable and reusable code.
  • Create strategies with business architects to manage technical architecture, system load limitations and meet evolving business demands.
  • Oversee troubleshooting projects to validate code for potential security and compatibility issues across browsers, devices and operating systems.
  • Collaborate with senior management, product managers, and designers to define and plan new product features that meet business objectives.

Qualifications:

Masters in Computer Science and at least 4 years’ experience in front-end software development and user experience (UX) design.

Data Engineer

POSITION SUMMARY:

We need a talented Data Engineer. You must be excited about contributing to a super-modern data infrastructure. The role requires a broad mix of skills, experiences and strengths across big data, cloud data warehouse, stream processing and data modeling.

You must deeply understand data quality, security & the latest governance practices. You must have proven experience with strategic, long-term code quality, reusability and maintainability.

Primary Duties:

  • Gather business requirements and translate them into scalable, secure, functional solutions with a flexible data architecture.
  • Improve platform engineering and standards to increase the productivity and quality of data solutions.
  • Perform and share on-going data analysis using Python, SQL and some proprietary tools.
  • Develop data services APIs using Java and Python.
  • Create data visualizations using Tableau and other open-source technologies.
  • Build data pipelines for ETL/ELT processes using Spark, Presto and Airflow.
  • Drive best practices in data integrity, testing, analysis, validation, and documentation.

Qualifications:

Masters in Computer Science or at least 4 years’ experience in data management and science practices.

IT Support Specialist

POSITION SUMMARY:

Radaris is seeking a Support Specialist today.

The IT support specialist is responsible for supporting user website experience perspective. You must be able to collaborate with coworkers and see issues through resolution whether it is done through research and troubleshooting or escalating to a partner or a co-worker for assistance.

Primary Duties:

The Support Specialist position is responsible for servicing the technology needs of Radaris’ end users, assisting on IT special projects and supporting the entire technology and security environment.

  • Continuous research and testing to discover issues and find resolutions before they affect our customers.
  • Manage systems to ensure reliability, performance and security.
  • Create and maintain documentation for IT and support systems and procedures.

Qualifications:

  • Two years’ experience in customer support with technology products or services.
  • Able to translate business requirements and customer needs into technical capabilities.
  • Strong customer service focus with advanced analysis, communication, and follow-up skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills to communicate across a group of technical staff, product managers and customers.
  • Flexible work hours may occasionally require more than 8 hours per day complete a project.

Lead User Experience Designer

POSITION SUMMARY:

The Lead Designer will be a proven professional in user experience. They will be responsible for the complete creation of smart products and services enjoyed by both internal and external customers.

Primary Duties:

  • Lead projects, define strategy, set objectives and oversee the complete user experience.
  • Direct a team to build a comprehensive vision of the current and future customer experience.
  • Ensure consistency across all projects and products that exist in the end-to-end user experience.
  • Partner with the line-of-business managers, product managers, agency partners, engineers and content managers to solve problems and map user flows for new products.

Qualifications:

  • At least 5 years’ experience with end-to-end product design and development.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead a team through brand and product strategy.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

Digital Product Manager

POSITION SUMMARY:

Radaris is seeking a digital product manager today. This role collaborates across the organization to synthesize strategy, creative, data science and products.

They will need to coordinate agencies, partnerships and internal resources to maintain and expand our world-class products and services.

The Digital Product Manager will lead product roadmaps from market research to digital delivery. They will also bring product management, business analysis support and technology strategy guidance to this fast-moving team.

Primary Duties:

  • Lead requirements gathering defined through customer research, systems analysis and interviews with internal stakeholders.
  • Guide the creation and management of all functional specifications documentation.
  • Support the DevOps team in every step of the project from initial review and final development and release.
  • Collaborate with UX designers, art directors and marketing throughout the product lifecycle to provide and manage feedback.
  • Support the Account Team by coordinating resources on customer experiences and issues, and providing product documentation as requested.
  • Develop product management best practices and workflow standards for consistent processes and continuous improvement.
  • Coach and develop other product managers through direct mentoring and team building.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field and at least 4 years’ experience with end-to-end product design and development.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead a team through brand and product strategy.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

Digital Content Manager

POSITION SUMMARY:

Reporting to the Vice President of Marketing the Digital Content Manager oversees the production of all marketing content and sales collateral. This includes social media, email, and advertising along with customer acquisition and retention communications.

Primary Duties:

  • Write, edit and proofread emails, landing pages, case studies, press releases, social media posts and more as necessary.
  • Collaborate with key team members across all departments, partners and agencies to create a consistent brand and clear communications.
  • Manage publishing schedules across all media, including social platforms of Twitter, LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram and others as necessary.
  • Lead marketing on new media tools and opportunities to expand our market presence.
  • Use analytic tools to create reporting, track metrics give guidance on marketing strategy.
  • Support the content and creative managers across the company with best practices and content creation.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field and at least 4 years’ experience.
  • Examples of content, calendars, creatives and clients that have worked with you.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead a team through brand and product strategy.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

Quality Assurance (QA) Specialist

Radaris is looking for an experienced quality assurance specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate has strong communication skills and the ability to work easily with testers, engineers and product managers.

We require organization above all else. This tester should not only find technical bugs but also identify smaller user experience issues.

Primary Duties:

  • Work with designers and engineers to plan, test, identify, track and solve technical issues.
  • Ensure that our products meet our internal/external quality goals.
  • Verify bug fixes and monitor active/live issues.

Qualifications:

  • Masters in Computer Science or at least 4 years’ experience in software testing.
  • Proficiency in testing software including; Selenium, Jira and Confluence.
  • Mobile development experience preferred.
  • Written and oral communication skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to work within deadlines.
  • Intense attention to detail!
