Fang Hsieh

Summary: A specialist in CSR management systems, Fang has been pivotal to the development of the China Training Institute (CTI), BSR's supplier training initiative that has reached more than a million workers in more than a thousand factories since its launch in 2004. Fang works with a range of clients, like HP, FDRA, Foxconn, Burberry, etc. on supply chain initiatives and projects through BSR's Guangzhou office and was a key player in the creation and maintenance of the CTI website and other tools. Prior to joining BSR, Fang worked at the China National Textile & Apparel Council, where he was involved in promoting CSR in China's apparel industry. He co-created the first Chinese CSR-based management system for the textile sector, the CSC9000T, dedicating more than two years to the system's implementation. Fang has also worked in communications for several international organizations like EU, UNIDO, ILO, etc.. Fang holds a B.A. in Law from China University of Politics and Law.
