Before joining eXS, I was engaged in the project management, designing, commissioning and installation of the communications networks for Kuala Lumpur International Airport Bhd. As general manager for eXS Network Technologies, technology-based R&D companies , a Silicon Valley, USA. My success experiences, I am direct responsible, for closed a deal of RM10million ISDN Line Xtender Contract with the Telekom Malaysias, with a minimum support my from my principal in Silicon Valley, USA. Take a lead in managing the company corporate structure to drive the new product development for MESH Wireless and Broadband Power Line (BPL) technology for Indonesia and Malaysia market, with emphasize on the business model, technology and economical scale for market segment of housing development, campus network and municipal network (Remote Meter Reading and Broadband Internet) . The latest development as project managers for managing a Malaysia Brain Gain from MOSTI, for amount of RM3. 8 Million ( between March 2008 to March 2009). With eXS I learned many great opportunites and working very independent, and I take challenge with my experiences and abilities to contribute new business and co-existing with the organization structure between USA, Malaysia and Indonesia. And I able to work at both side company organizational , personnel and customers to improve and focus on activities to its next level of profitability.
