Summary: Ms. Jabeen, currently working as "Gender & Governance Specialist" for Pakistan Resident Mission; Asian Development Bank (ADB) and providing services to support the implementation of Gender Reforms Action Plans (GRAP) in the country, with the assistance of team of consultants under the project, since November 2007.

Her long association with various grassroots organizations, mid-level NGOs, donor agencies, research organizations and training and support institutions of the country gave her an excellent opportunity of closely interact with rural communities and to learn from their local wisdom and living experience, explore the causes of their continued pathetic conditions, the situation of women and children and to learn about various vulnerabilities of different social groups such as minorities, women, children and other such groups.
In addition, she well learnt the management of different nature projects, supervision of staff with multiple roles and the overall administrative and financial management concerning various programs.
Having the opportunities of working at different levels in different organizations and at different locations and cultures; Ms. Jabeen has well developed the capabilities of working in challenging environments and conditions.
