Summary: Sabeen launched herself as an aspiring psychologist, moved to the educational sector, counselling students, faculty and advisor to top management for social, emotional and psychological well being. With an ever emerging stream of thoughts to establish herself as an organizational psychologist, approached the challenging corporate world and worked as a training and HR/OD consultant / project manager and trainer, established the division of psychological assessment and counselling (corporate sector). This insightful experience with travelling, interacting with different client portfolios from public to private and international / multinationals (and of various industries) has enriched her people and management skills. Besides creating, managing, counselling, training and other HR/OD activities, she has hosted and moderated few seminars on women empowerment and as part of social projects delivering her expertise as training specialist and psychologist. She actively engages herself in writing articles and providing invisible hands to empower people and choose their way. She believes in inspiring human capital to conceive and achieve aligning with the business strategy. She seeks to identify and enhance human competencies/capacities, perking up strengths within each individual.
