Summary: Siow Hwei is a Project Director and Service Leader for Banking, Sovereign Wealth Fund and Private Equity with over 15 years of professional services experience across 8 countries in Asia Pacific region for Investment Bank, Commercial Banks, Sovereign Wealth Fund, Central Bank, Securities and Futures Houses, Development Bank, Ban Assurance and Micro Finance Institution. She has proven project leadership and established structured program governance frameworks, methodologies and better practices in more than 25 inter-disciplinary projects across front and back office functions and 10 branches with typical team sizes ranging from 15 to 30 people.
