When baby can speak? ... my 8 mo old says mom,dad,baba,no and what. my doc says hes verbally oriented. he isn't crawling but talks lol.

I would say "papa" or my fav for my dad " baba"....Vater is for Father and more formal...Paps or Papi as someone has already said...

My daughter is 10 1/2 months old and she can say mama, da (dad), baba (bottle), and nana.
